Bob. Hugs I am sorry but can relate because I am in a similar boat and often feel unheard and frustrated on top of the pain. Wish I had more answers. Just hang in there.
Mel I love your stories but sorry about the fees. That is frustrating. I have had similar like when I moved and forgot to give the bank the new address they added like 20 bucks that month.
It seems like customer service in all aspects have went down hill. First you spend a long time on hold going through the computer telephone crap to get to a human who is rude. I hate when I am called mam in that tone.
