I am checking in. It is hard to believe it is September already. I am looking forward to fall. It is my favorite season.

We are doing well. Eric started middle school and is taking a Family and Consumer Science class. I have already been in touch with the nurse, counselor, and teacher and they will excuse him from the room (with an alternative assignment) on the days they bake with wheat. I told them I would do my best to cook the assignment at home with him. However, baking without gluten, eggs, and dairy is a bit challenging.
