Judy, there's a wonderful recipe called Sunny Seed Bread in
Food Allergy Survival Guide by Vesanto Melina. It uses a gf-flour mix, no eggs, and a dairy-substitute (like soy milk, rice milk, almond milk...). I'm avoiding most all flours at the moment, but we really enjoyed this at the time. I can pm you with the recipe if you'd like.
