I had read the "Zo" can do more than just bread. I'm not sure I would try meatloaf in there but cake or jam does sound interesting.
Well I could just bawl. I did make a loaf of bread today using just the dough cycle on my machine then transferring it into another pan and baking it in my regular oven. I took it out five minutes early because it was burning, one of the long sides is much taller than the other, and it bulged out over the pan edge on the taller side too. It is edible thankfully but certainly not pretty to look at. Like my taste buds or stomach have eyes. I never said I was good at baking bread but this can't be all my fault. There has to be a better machine out there. I never got a perfect loaf from this machine! Even my attempts at quick bread were flops. They always came out severely under baked.
