Sarah, I would just go in and explain everything you experience and how you pcp thinks it could be ms but many of your tests are not confiming that. Ask that he recheck the results and tell him you need a neuro who is active on getting you a dx. Tell him your tired of being tired. Many doctors understand the frustrations people go through trying to be dx'd with whatever is the problem.
Honestly, if it were me, I would just take the MRI and any other tests results you have. Carry the doctors reports but don't offer them unless asked. I sometimes believe that our records can influence new doctors. You know what I mean?
