Afternoon Pam, I hope your day finds your stress level a bit lower.

Another thing I wanted to tell you about the phones is that what you see is not always what you get. They may tell you that your monthly phone bill is $20 but then when you get your bill there is another ridiculous amount of fees added on, surcharges, taxes, usage fees, all kinds of garbage that they probably couldn't even explain to you. I would be very hesitant to signing any kind of contract. A month to month would be far better for you because right now you are not sure how things are going to go.

Once you are in a more stable situation then you can do whatever you need to do. As for the computer I have heard of Skype too but know nothing about it. I have not heard of the other. I have used the plain old phone line with my IM program to talk to my brother but he lives here in town.
