Hi everyone

I'm just roaming the state trying to help take care of my mom. I returned
home today, for a couple of days. I haven't luckily gained the weight
back. I'm not sure how I accomplished that. I can't get my exercise
done when I'm doing the things in the wrong place.

So I alternated my exercise and put in some substitutes. And I have to
say hopefully I will continue to go down soon.

I have a ph probe I think thats its name next week the 30th it starts
for 96 hours. With the nose tube and the camera in the pack thing.

And they are trying to schedule the mobility so now I wait on that
to get scheduled. Still trying to get information on it. Its not easy.

I then get to do my own things, and then schedule the catherizations
in Indianapolis, and hope I get a ride.
