You can do this dear Nikki. The permanent absence of a loved one is most acutely felt on holidays, birthdays...any day that should be defined by joy and happiness. It does get easier as years go by...that isn't much conciliation for this July 30th but try to spend at least a portion of that day remembering the good times you spent together.
