So do you just try to ignore it when its happening and stay out of the line of fire? That's what I try to do, but I've been feeling stressed lately. My stomach is in knots when I leave for work, and my period has disappeared the past month or two. This happened last year too with an agressive boss.

Pray for me and my continued success at my school work, I'm 1/3 through it now....
