You have a very big problem not being able to catch Jackie to do something
about it when he shoves you and things.

It needs to be that Jack stops him in his tracks and brings him back and helps by letting you take care of it. Just stands and makes sure Jackie
knows that he is to obey and listen.

It also sounds like Jackie is picking up vibes from Jack that he can do what
ever Jack does to you. And maybe that is what you need to say for one
thing to Jack.
