Why didn't you call him back and ask him to be more specific?

BTW - Gabapentin/Neurontin/Lyrica is not a pain med. It decreases symptoms of PN and is moreover an anti-spasm
(originally developed for epilepsy) medication to assist in subduing the mis-firing of nerves that send wrong signals to the brain.
