PN after surgery is recurring theme around here.

Do they know which nerves were injured? What type of injury?
Severed nerves are different than compressed,
in terms of healing or decompression.

What are your exact symptoms (sx).
Do you have sx at your other foot/leg?

Sheet frames are available, and it is possible to sleep with your feet hanging over the bed edge. But that's just a treatment not a way to help resolve the issue?

Were you given pain medication other than just the Lyrica or Neurontin.

Have you seen a neurologist who specializes in your type of PN?

Most neuros are really clueless as to how to treat PN properly.
