Hi all again.
Been feeling wiped out again, made me upset, so I'm coming up with some "new" ideas to try to reign in this fatigue thing.
We've never been consistant with bedtimes, that's over with. I need to start getting a normal time for sleep at night.
The second thing is, as much as I won't like it, taking a nap in the bedroom where the alarm is so I don't oversleep.
The water aerobics thing isn't working out that well, think it's because it's a half hour too long. I get past the point where it's helping into the point that it's not, so need to come up with something else to keep me healthy and raise energy without killing me too much.
I know, seems like common sense, LOL. But like I've said before - I'm a stubborn one who has to learn the hard way. Gotta remember I learned everything I need to know from kindergarten.
