my aunt jeanette had this happen. all the chipping...then had them pulled.

all i can say is get things ready at home. everything to make you comfy. keep your nutrition up with drinks like boost or insure. you won't want them cold, but room temp. purreed type of foods. cream soups. sleep at much as you can.

i will say my aunt jeanette said she was so glad she had it done. they put the dentures in place right away. it kept any swelling down i guess.

oh...will probably have some bruising. depending on what the oral surgeon reccomends...but ice packs at first for a few days, then heat to releive and soreness.

keep up with any vitamins you are taking.
