hello I am new to this forum, my name is frank some may know me, I just wanted to say hello, recently, I was informed that butter on top of my butter wasnt too good for me, my weight and colesterol have shot through the roof, curious and a few others have helped me in directing me, I will say with extra remodeling work and all and low fat foods i manage to drop 10 pounds but i over did it and last 4 days i have been wiped out, thank you MS. So tomorrow gonna go back to water aerobics, and force myself up and get some work done, it helped burn off some of this becaue i gained three of it back, wanted to say hello and if i have posted in the inncorrect area dont hesitate to send a note telling me so
