Sally,

I know you meant well about raising the bed.

But I wanted to pop in and say I was told that with cervical issues to keep as flat as possible. Not totally flat but to avoid high fluffy pillows, etc. So, I use a cervical pillow instead. They are hard to get used to but now I can't do without it. I am not sure about raising the bed, but again, the height might be an issue. I know when I sleep in my recliner, no matter how low I lay it back, I can end up with a headache because my head is still resting heavy on my spine and not relaxing by lying more flat.
