Vit D. I had pain in my toes...mostly in the joints in the big toes with my left being worse than my right. As long as I take Vit D the pain goes away. I discovered that quite by accident. But if it works... *shrug*

It may or may not work for you but it's cheap and it's harmless and if it *does* help well... It took about 5 days for the pain to back off. I'm at the point now that I have no pain in my toes 99% of the time. No idea what causes it to bother me the times that it does.

And you're right about the Tramadol. It didn't even touch that pain. It works great for the other PN symptoms I experience.
