Two pillows under my head, top one must be down, both high loft. A cylinder pillow from a drugstore, slippery fabric, stuffed with micro beads that goes between legs, size and slipperiness make it easier for me to change position.

Have a backergnomic pillow - Reading pillow, upright with the stuffed arms coming out for reading and TV watching. But my hips still hurt when I wake.
