When I am really unwell, I only sleep on the couch so that I can have the sturdy back support when laying on my side. I've done that for as long as a year at a time.

After my last flare, I noticed my hands and legs were numb/tingly when I awoke. My doc told me it was like a L'hirmettes reaction to having my neck in a bad angle for my lesions. I had to ditch my other two pillows, and now I only sleep with one.
