Winter has historically been the worst for me, because for years, I was prone to bronchitis and other upper resp ickies. Since losing the weight and eating so much better, I have seen a big improvement there.

Far as my brain...season change will often bring on a SP cluster for a day or so...nasty things, and I get about 20 of 'em before my brain shuts up again, but then, I'm (usually!) done for the next few months. Last bout was about 2 months ago.
