sorry i havn't been on today.
i left the house about 1200 and ran an in the car errand before my massage at 1300. it was so nice to get my muscles worked on. we worked and i was on my side and my back.

whatever it was it was great.
i went to p/u a med, again, drive-thru and went home. 100 degrees today and tomorrow.

i got home and went to bed. thankfully i was able to nap.
my pain is bad now so i took 1 percoset. it's hard () to balance the pain med with the constipation it brings. 2 hits of metamucil and 1 stool softner. more than you wanted to know huh?

tomorrow i see the surgeon at 1100 and then i might go to eat if i'm too hungry, then right home to my AC. the 2 bestest letters in the alphabet.
