Chances are that they were just having a bad day. Maybe you came in the middle of a domestic argument

, or perhaps the 5 patients before you all took way more time then they scheduled.
I can schedule two 15 min appointments back-to-back with my doc as well. It's not that he minds spending the extra time with a patient, it's just that some people have NO regard for the doctor's schedule. Sounds like they just took that out on you, Karilann.
It's my experience that they do want to prioritize the patient's complaints though, and first take care of what is critical on the list. This does mean we might need to schedule additional appointments, unfortunately . . . but I know there have been times I could have monopolyzed my doctor all day (if he had let me
