My pref. is the second one. I think that it conveys the info. better. Just a personal preference.
The first: I think where it states an exception will, inadvertenly, reinforce a "habit" that I'm hopeful will, soon, fall by the wayside.
A phrase too often has become a sentence turning into sentences in uppercase

. I'd totally overlook it, only she is new to using a PC for "fun" and for E-mail, etc., and as she gets into it more, someone may not be very polite in letting her know how the caps can come across.
