I'm here too!

been busy cutting and stacking firewood - getting exercise-LOL

we finally got our "normal" Oregon rain - had a clear but chilly spell for a week before the rain came tho.

had salad last nite since we are going out to lunch today- still staying the same wt- but haven't really been making any changes yet...me bad .
but I did get rid of some stress {bills} that have been hanging around - so now I can focus on some new healthy eating plans
i have troubles focusing on more than a couple of things at a time -
I used to be able to multi task so easily - now a bit of foggy brain sometimes.
