Oh My Goodness!!! We are all falling apart. lol.

Frank - Definitely get in to see some one soon!!!! Promise us that. Don't mess around with it. Additionally, bring Deb with you as your advocate. Very important. This past Sunday, I spent a few hours in the ER myself. I hate going, literally hate it. My bladder was in such a tight spasm and the frequency was well, I was going all the time. Long story shot, I am now on meds to calm the bladder down. They did think I had diverticulitis. It is a good thing I didn't take 2 Vicodin's while there. I told them that I had NO symptoms of diverticulitis and if I didn't have renal colic, kidney infection, or a bladder infection it was possibly female in nature. Needless to say, I left with out the CT scan. Went to my PCP the next day who actually touched my stomach and did a complete exam. Sure enough, my bladder is irritated as heck. (Possible interstitial cystitis).

Therefore, take Deb with you to fight for you.

Sarah - UGGGGGGGHHHHH! Hope it gets worked out.

UPDATE:
DD16 is happily sleeping on the couch doped up on Antivert and Valium. She has been referred to a Vertigo Clinic here in town that has been successful in treating vertigo by manipulation of the head in a certain way to get the stone back in place. I am hoping this works for her.

The good news is that her neurological exam was normal. I was so relieved.

In the meantime, we are treating it as vertigo and she will also follow up with her primary.

I have been going back and forth with the state regarding the insurance issue. One of the directors called me a little bit ago and as we were talking, they found even more mistakes. She is going to call me back. What a mess.

Joelle - I may be joining you in that B court if this continues. The state is saying that KidsCare does not retro anything from the date of application to the date of approval. Therefore, if she ends up on the program, they won't pay for today's visit. There goes another $2,000 +.

OK, not going in to that. DD16 is doing better now but will be on Valium for a few days - Yup, we are going to have many entertaining moments around here. Remember - Stressed spelled backwards is desserts - Valium induced statement from DD16's last ER visit. lol
