I forgot to mention that I also use strips of Tegaderm to keep my Lidoderm patches in place. (Tegaderm is the clear tape-like substance that they put on top of an IV to keep it in place, another term for Tegaderm is bioclusive dressing).
I found a generic-type version of Tegadrem online from a company called "Invacare"... I bough the large version which comes in big pieces, and I cut the big pieces into little strips and place 2 strips on each side of the Lidoderm patches (total of 8 strips).
It's hard to explain using just typed words... next time I use a Lido patch I can take a picture if that will help.
