Busy, busy here don't even have time to check this site but about once a week. Not doing too good at sticking with gluten free. I don't ever have symptoms when I eat something I shouldn't I just wake up extremely anemic one day, so I seem to get in these slumps. I'm trying to get back to the gluten free life again though.
