I've read about many of these before. The CIA also tested the affects of biological weapons on the public during the 1950's through the 1970's. In one experiment, the dropped a bulb-like thing in a New York subway station to see how many people would come down with some kind of illness.

Keeping this in mind, I wonder if some of the strains of influenza we see every year aren't really the result of some hideous experiment run by the government to see how many people are affected by it.

I've also wondered too if HIV and Aides isn't ther result of some expermiment as well.

What is scary about this is the current administration is now using veterans returning from Iraq as guinea pigs for the affects of a anti-smoking drug.
