i had the epidural catheter..........
and it helped me tremendously........i had it in for six weeks.........no bathing, bending, lifting, etc....but it gave me what i refer to as the closest thing to remission i can be.........it was well worth it...................my rsd is in my right ankle/ leg........
my husband however, also had rsd, but his is upper and he went through the catheter, for several weeks, and as soon as the line was removed, it all came back with a vengence...he has since had the scs implanted, and that is a whole new chapter...........he loves the scs, he has the use of his left arm again, somewhat limited, but usable........... but his pain levels are still high. he says he is glad to have the scs.......he has had it a year...............
