Default book holders

Hi, I'm starting to look for a book holder that I can use to hold books as I read. My arms get extremely weak real quick any more and find it difficult to read in bed and even just to hold it while sitting in a chair.

I did a google search and found a lot of them so I figured I would come to the experts. Do any of you have one that you would recommend? Oh, and I would not want to spend a lot right now..money seems to be tight like it is for most Americans.

Thanks
