well considering I cut almost all my fat intake to nill, drinking a lot of h2o
hardly any milk down to 1 cup of coffee instead of6 or 7 with sugar and half n half doing more exercise in the pool working on remodeling my kitchen it just a bit over 2 lbs a week
that's not bad is it
if I lost 16 lbs in 3 weeks then I can see it being dangerous thought I was doing good
