Easy and healthy breakfast or snack

1 Thomas' Hearty grains double fiber honey wheat English Muffin

2-3 tablespoons Smart Balance Omega natural peanut butter

All-fruit preserves, any flavor

split the muffin with a fork. Toast and spread with Smart Balance peanut butter. Top with all-fruit preserves. Enjoy!

This is full of flax that gives you fiber and healthy omega 3's. It's easy to make, delicious, and a great breakfast. I have it each day when I work.
