[apparently her C1 vertebrea is turned 180 degrees and faces the other way. I wonder if she was born with it like that?]
wow that's sounds very odd - I wonder how often that happens??
Has Dr seen /dealt with that before??
If not might need to find a experienced Dr for that issue.
