I'm so sorry you have been going through all of this. I don't have any answers or suggestions for you unfortunately. I have many of your same symptoms minus the headaches. I am going down the PN route and am still in testing stages.

I originally had flu like symptoms as well. But about a year before I also had a bout with Bells Palsy (sp?).

Try and keep a positive outlook and try not to get too stressed out. You may want to begin keeping copies of your test results and a timeline of your symptoms. I am starting one and plan on taking it with me to all my apts.

On the subject of your mental fog, did that begin before or after the neurontin? I have found that I had that fog with neurontin, lyrica and mirapex.
