On the way back to Logan Airport in Boston from our heavenly week on Cape Cod last September, we stopped at Plymouth to see the Mayflower II. I took tons of photos of this incredibly beautiful exact replica of the famous wooden boat. . . home to over 125 people for a treacherous journey and most of their first winter in the new World.
Last October I began this painting, but never finishing it, I packed it away. This week I got it out, and like the last picture I posted, finished it and am ready to get out another . . . or create something from scratch.
It feels so good!
