We already get the adapted housing exemption and it's permanent up to a certain amount and then we start paying taxes minus the exemption. My question is the new bill the gov has passed that to Jim and I says no taxes as long as you are 50% or higher rating for as long as they live in Illinois. I'll call the PVA and ask them, they know everything. hahahaha
