There are so many medications that weaken bone. Simple Ibuprofen, for example, not to mention Prevacid and other grd medications.
I used to take so much Advil to control pain, until I learned it was weakening my jaw bone and contributing to the infection from my old dental implants.
I started using serrapeptase and while it did not kick in as fast, it works very well. I also use a LOT of methylcobalamin lozenges, generally at least 15 to 10 mg a day.
I had horrible pain before, and don't have it now, so I am inclined to think these things work.
(I used to use twice as much methylcobalamin, but I seem to be gaining on my problem.)
