fin you are so right about the catch 22, i get same thing and soak for same reason then i dont trust my legs afterwards try to take it easy today, good idea about the journel I too well deb has noticed each time i complain a bit more about being stiff and sore its also followed by storms or big ones are near by

I don't know if it was here or at that other place i posted a thread asking about if wether and how it effected you with your ms. for life of me i cant recall what it broke down to i do believe their were a few others who noticed things came and went with weather changes, hope you feel better soon.
