Hi Meg,
Just checking in to see how the pdoc went today. I hope this weeks appoinment is better then the last one.
I found that any meds I started I really had to work up the dose to get a best result. About the copay, ask to be sent a bill or pay both copays next visit. I have had to do this as I got paid every two weeks also.
