Hi Syded,

I've had ringing in my ears since my concussion 3 years ago. Stress and/or being tired seems to make it more noticable to me. I also have the 'pressure' and sometimes I have nose bleeds from the left nostril along with what I describe as pressure blowing out my left ear....blood pressure is also an issue.

It sounds as though you could be having some vistular issues....inner ear problems caused from the concussion. Do you have an Ear Nose Throat Specialist? They would be a good place to start to find out what is going on.

Though we talk, discuss our issues, the best thing to do, as always, is tell your doctor, don't take no for an answer, demand that he/she listen to you.

If it is vistular issues, well you will adjust to the 'noises' and you'll get use to it. Just as with anything new, it is more intense at first, and as time goes along...it becomes less intense.

The aftermath of a concussion is difficult at best....I believe in light and I believe the path we are on as an individual has all the possibilities in the world.

Though I would not want to have this happen to anyone, as it is hard, trying, and your world changes...as I know I am not the person I was before the fall, and never will be again, at times it is diffucult as I was really smart, sharp, a very Type A personality....I have to take things slower, I have to stay calmer, I have to realize I have limitations...and you know it's not such a bad thing.....

Staying positive, not giving up...but realizing there are limitations, staying in touch with my light, my energy....I'm becoming who I am destined to be....

Pay attention to your inner self and follow your light....
