Okay the update thread is so long my computer is taking forever. I'm going to post my updates here. And hope that some will take pity and come update here too.

I have gone under 240, wow I thought I would never say that I hit 238.2
this week. But the glory of that is today I weighed the same in my new doctor's office. WOW, its fantastic, no matter how many times I go
back over the 240 because I always go up at night (or usually) I finally
went under the thing this week on Wednesday.

I just happened to step on the scales by accident. ANd then I was hooked and had to continue.

Wow, does anyone else have updates. Please celebrate with me.

I love smooties, I need ideas, for strawberry banana smooties.
