If I knew then what I know now . . .
I would have said no more instead of trying to please everyone.
I would have listened more closely both to my intuition and others and followed some of the advice I was given.
I would have never have listened to that dr that told me when I was 16 to never run again as it would cause too much damage in my hip.

In hindsight, that was probably my 1st MS related symptom.
On a positive note:
All the things that I did do whether good or bad, has made me who I am today. I would not change that for anything. Those experiences were absolutely necessary for me to learn and grow.
