The tulip name is still on your skin list but you can't change to it at all? Not even if you make the change from the User CP pages??

I just changed mine back and forth to a few different skins , so that part works for me....
For now all I can suggest is the old standby of "clear your browser cache" thing. To see if that makes a difference.
