I purchased the Anodyne Therapy. You can rent it for two months to see
if it helps. I has not helped my balance. That is my main problem. Since
taking four bad falls, I always use a walker. I use the A. therapy several times a week. I have burning feet (only when upright) and the tight
glove feel but not in real pain (thankfully!!). Somehow, I can't remember
how bad my PN was to justify purchasing the unit. I have delt with PN
for several years but only diagnosed about a year ago. I go to a neurologist
who specialises in neuropathy. She has told me there is nothing to be done
for the balance problem other than physical therapy, to learn to compensate.
I feel so blessed when I read posts that describe the awful pain others have.
Also, when I go to physical therapy I see burn patients , the very worse
thing that can happen to you. So hugs to my fellow travelers who are
having to deal with the pain of PN. I truly feel for you!!
