Tennessee Meat Loaf

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1/2 cup fresh white bread cubes (no crust)
1 egg
1 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Hunt's ketsup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Cut bread into cubes (stack about three slices white bread) after cutting off the crust. Put in a bowl and pour milk over bread cubes. Set aside.

Mix together ground chuck, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 1 can tomato sauce. Add soaked breadcrumbs and mix all ingredients well.

Form into a loaf and in shallow pan.

Combine remaining ingredients (1 can tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, ketsup, mustard and worcestershire sauce) and pour over meat loaf.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let sit for about 10 minutes before removing from pan.
