Hey there! My neuro suggested icing down my eyes to help with fatigue. It really helps! Also, if you can, give yourself 20 min. breaks to just rest your eyes! Hope this helps! ERin

My symptoms are largely occular. My eye muscles fatigue with eye movements, which leads to blurry vision and double vision. I use computers a lot at work which seems to be part of life these days. It has made work difficult. I have a hard time keeping up with my workload and by the end of the day I am too fatigued to do much of anything.
I have just started taking Mestinon, which helps (my neurologist calls it "anti-Kryptonite").
Other than slowing down and rest breaks, does anybody have any advise to make computer work easier?
