Time is just humming along, isn't it? It will be Thanksgiving & Christmas before we know it! I can't think that far ahead. I am barely keeping up now.
It sounds like we aren't losing either, none of us. Why don't we really work on losing 1 or 2 pounds, just so we can come on here and brag about it. Be honest now! THtat is the first requirment. I bought me a pedameter and I walked 4.55 Saturday. I just love the challenge of seeing the number going up. Good luck!
