But the kicker was that when they got home, if anybody had any problems or complaints, nobody got paid, because obviously we didn't "do our job" babysitting the others. I came to realize later on that we were just being paid hush money. We could beat each other senseless while they were gone, and as long as they didn't have to hear about it, we all got paid.
I can't count how many times we barely finished putting the house back together in time for them to get home...I guess if nothing else it taught us the value of teamwork.
