ME!!!!

5 by turkey day. i also am putting on the www that i will start my day with breakfast. yogurt and a piece of fruit. i rush tush to everyone where they are supposed to be. cook them breakfast. pack all the lunchs ( and other meals if hubby has an extra long day) and i don't eat myself. bad monkey.

befuddled. i know you are a choccy lover like me. treat yourself. don't deny. just a little piece. you will feel good about yourself forhaving earned it...plus the fact that you didn't over indulge. whish forme will happen if i tell myself i CAN'T have it. i also keep the itty bitty size pieces of like snickers, milky way...in the freezer. takes longer to chew those frozen bits.
