Hi jk,

I suggest you go back to the oral surgeon who extracted your teeth and let him look at it. You may have an open sinus that may need to be mended.

Mending the sinus in it's early stage of perforation is usually not a big deal. However, not mending it could become a chronic, long term condition that is very difficult to repair resulting in repeated sinus infections, etc.

It really is wise not to wait and see him asap to let him diagnose and possibly treat the problem.
